First off I’m not a doctor and therefore any advice that you read on my site is not intended to be taken as medical advice. Always consult a doctor before undertaking anything that may adversely affect your health.
Secondly while the advice that I give on this site is intended to be the absolute best quality I can provide and that is always my rule, I may at times link to products from other websites. In the event that you click through from my website and buy one of these products I will make a commision as an affiliate. However I will never suggest any products that I either have not bought and tried personally or would not buy for a friend (for instance in the case of products targetted at women).
